Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ Inspired by...Gwyneth Paltrow

Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ Greetings my lovely readers Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ

One actress that I love beyond all is Gwyneth Paltrow. From playing the love interest of Iron Man to being the face of Estée Lauder's perfume "Pleasure," she has become so successful and admirable. I also think being married to the lead singer of Coldplay Chris Martin adds to her league of awesomeness.  What has remained throughout her career is her simple sense of style.

I have not taken any of the pictures below...sorry to disappoint you.

I love an outfit she recently wore x I like the simple monochromic colours and the crop top.

So I have devised my own outfit muhahaha

Drum roll please...11 random facts about myself

1. My favourite TV shows include Friends, Once upon a time, The Fresh Prince of Bel Air, Everybody loves Raymond, Smallville and Will & Grace. Yes many of them, okay all of them except for one have stopped.

2. When I have free time, I plan to divulge in all the shows I should have gotten into such as Downton Abbey, Grey's Anatomy, Desperate Housewives and Sex & the City.

4. I've recently gone off fast food as it all tastes the same to me!
5. I've always had problems with my skin. I've never had full blown acne, I just get little blemishes. One summer, my auntie persuaded me to rub all kinds of fruit peel on my skin, everything from lemon to orange.....it doesn't work.
6. I would love to get a tattoo. Nothing huge, just something simple like a dream catcher on my wrist. Unlike the image, it wouldn't fade like henna!

8. I'm learning French. I love the grammar and the culture that comes with it.

1. What is your most memorable moment of your life?
That's a very deep question. Haha! I remember opening my GCSE results, I cried.

I can't live without my pen. I always have to scribble things down, either what I need to do, a song I've just heard on the radio or a doodle.
3. The best song ever? One direction of course
Well I can't say I have a favourite song. I've been known to burst out into Hey Jude now and again though.
4. What could you eat every day?
Vegetables...They are the tastiest food in the world, especially carrots!

5. How do you see yourself in 5 years time? What would you like to achieve in that time?
In five years time, I would have my dream job and be travelling. Within that time I'd try lots of new things...and maybe get a few more followers!
6. How would a perfect day look like?
It would be on the boundaries between summer and autumn. It would be sunny with a breeze and the leaves would be just about to fall.

7. If you could choose any country to live in, which country would it be and why?
I could say France, just so that I could visit La Louvre and Paris when I like. But I'd also love to live in North America

8. Do you have and strange habits?
I don't think I do... I wash my face once, dry it and then wash it again in the morning... Is that weird? I just think it's cleanliness.

Difficult question!! Probably sarcastic, happy and optimistic and extremely funny
10. What was the most beautiful place you ever visited?
I went to Fiji...it was the best dream ever

Do you believe in any weird “fictional” being?

What is your favourite ever item of clothing?

If you could dye your hair a different colour, what would it be?

Pocahontas - Purse Friendly

Peace my gorgeous readers, let's embrace my new groovy thread.
So Halloween's coming up soon and I've been thinking about what I would dress up as. I'm fully aware of the usual thoughts we all have about having to buy something completely new for one day of the year (and for candy.) And as we all don't like to parade around in super hero outfits by day (I can't say the same for night,) I've thought of a subtle character you could dress up as.

I am extremely biased in saying that Pocahontas is the most amazing Disney character ever...but she is. I haven't gone all out with the make-up, I just lined my upper eyelid with a little black eyeliner but I think minimalism is the key x I'm sure it would be lovely to buy a Pocahontas outfit but I've just taken inspiration from her e.g. neutral colours.

Headband - Free (it's a shoelace)
Oatmeal Waterfall cardigan - £3 H&M sale rack
Peach Long line vest top - £3 H&M basics
Brown Belt - Charity Shop
Leggings - £6 Primark

Spot what's missing...Yes I've forgotten her statement blue necklace. I've found a gorgeous one from Boohoo.com for £12

I would also encourage you to go wild with henna tattoos!
I'd love to know if you liked this and what you are dressing up as for Halloween xx

Beauty Things I Suck At! Tag - Boho Bun' Beauty Failures

Salutations!
So, this is my first tag (aahh excited!) and I thank
for passing me the glittery baton xx

So, I'll be taking you through a tour of "Bohobun's Beauty Failures," which is extremely self indulgent but I hope someone out there thinks jheeze, it's not just me xx

1. Not So Sleek Nails - So we all love to have nicely polished tips. Sometimes I paint my nails really nicely and then I get too carried away and try to paint a rainbow or some other image that takes a really skilled person to do. This never works. After messing up my nails and staring at the mess for half and hour, traumatised I take it off and start all over again.

2. Surprised Face Eyebrows - I had a problem over plucking so they looked like two handlebars and I looked surprised half of the time. Now I'm too scared to pluck away too much so I have to keep an eyebrow filler handy

3.  Everyday Bad Hair day - My hair doesn't like me. I think it laughs at my futile attempts to style it. My hair is naturally quite straight and sometimes it goes wavy. I've tried curling it from time to time but it ends up looking like a birds nest or like I have a corkscrew head...it varies.

4. I ♥ Henna - I have an obsession with henna. Sometimes I get it really right but I can get impatient or I move so it smudges and my pretty design ends up looking like an unsightly birth mark. I also struggle with the tube. Although, I have discovered the sock tip so I may have to score this one off the tag x

5. Forgetting to Moisturise - So I don't have dry skin, my hands are quite soft actually. I've just had trouble in finding the perfect moisturiser for my face and am usually too tired to moisturise before I go to bed.

I'd love to know what you think and would recommend taking a look at allthingsglitterandbeauty. Thanks for reading :)
